Fix bugs in code regarding Q28896820 vb6

Bugs to fix
double clicking any row turns the top row pink
clicking( column 2) 2 times  then clicking (col 3) puts the contents (column 2) into (column 3) think coding Leave cell would be a fix
clicking column 1 opens the calendar to the date in the cell good
but will prompt for a future date , only the dates/times in column 3 should prompt for future date/time.
also there should not be a prompt if calendar is opened as regular calendar

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
