My name is xxxxxx xxxxxx and I am a computer engineer. I am helping Jan and Everett xxxxx &nbsp;to improve their home network. As a part of the new home network solution, I have recommended also a Claud storage solution in which they will store all their data. For this device to work must be plugged in directly in to the router, not into a switch or access point like the current setup they have now. This is why I recommended to upgrade to the latest dual band wireless router that Comcast deliver to all his customers. The upgrade is free and very quick to schedule. This new &nbsp;router will be moved to their new apartment once the new apartment will be finished. <br />
