BSODs from ntoskrnl.exe and fltmgr.sys

After installing a windows update, I am greeted with the following BSOD: RESOURCE NOT OWNED. 0x000000e3. I installed BlueScreenView, and there are two files that are causing this problem. fltmgr.sys and ntokrnl.exe. I am currently using 360 Total Security as an antivirus, and I am running windows 8.1 My specs include:

CPU: AMD FX 8320
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 270 2G
Hard Drives:  Hitachi HDS721010CLA332 SATA, ST500MD0 02-1BD142 SATA
Operating System: Windows 8.1

Will this command delete any programs or documents on my computer?

No. DISM is a repair tool stronger than SFC. It will not delete anything - I have used it several times.

if you cannot boot, hook the drive to a working system to copy the file, or boot from a bootable, live cd
