Windowsupdate or WSUS should do the task.
But you mention IE7, and as far as I know that is ancient and something you would only have on XP I don't think IE7 was still available with Windows 7). XP doesn't support IE 11 (besides, XP should have been removed from your system a long time ago, as it isn't supported anymore).
Each update for each version is different If IE 11 presents itself, use that.

It is just called Internet Explorer 11.
But as I mentioned earlier, you have said something about updated from IE7. IE7 ran on XP, Vista and Server 2008, and you can't run IE11 on any of those OS's. XP supports IE8 as the latest version, and for Vista and Server 2008 you are stuck with IE9. You can only install and run IE11 on Windows 7, Server 2008r2 and later OS's.
If you are still using XP, you should replace those PC's or OS's, as XP is extremely insecure and shouldn't be used anymore.

forget about xp/vista etc
only upgrading all IE to IE11 , WINDOWS 7 COMPUTERS , in a enterprise which has 6000 computers
(currently mixed IE8 /IE9/IE10/IE11 exits all over)
