ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1155 PopUps

Does anyone know how to get rid of this error or know how I can find what program this was removed?

I guess this error my come up because:
There is a program in the autostart group which doesn_t exist....
There are autostart settings in the registry:

You may
Start - Run - MSCONFIG...
On the System Start tab, you see all autostart programs and the location, where the autostart setting resides.

If you are unsure, which program is the reason, you may just try to run the command line from the setting in a command promt. If you get the same error, you found the program what produced the error.

1155 error means no association .. is this from a program you made? what extension is it trying to open?
