The only bad update was KB3114409. It was quickly withdrawn but if there try uninstalling it;

That is the only bad recent update, so something else is wrong in the system.

This is not Exchange and the issue is happening to some (small number of) users but not all users. <br />
<br />
On a problem computer, make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and set up Outlook in the new Account. <br />
<br />
Does it work? &nbsp;It could be a profile issue. And if a profile issue affecting some users, it could be a virus.

This is very weird. &nbsp; Just started the last couple of days. &nbsp; &nbsp;When I send an email from Outlook 2013. &nbsp; The email sends and shows in the Sent folder. &nbsp; &nbsp;BUT, it also puts a BLANK email in the Outbox. &nbsp; Nothing at all in it. &nbsp; No message, no TO: &nbsp; just empty.<br />

All I have found so far were issues with the actual email getting stuck in the Outbox. &nbsp; &nbsp;Not our issue. <br />

This is very weird.   Just started the last couple of days.    When I send an email from Outlook 2013.   The email sends and shows in the Sent folder.    BUT, it also puts a BLANK email in the Outbox.   Nothing at all in it.   No message, no TO:   just empty.

All I have found so far were issues with the actual email getting stuck in the Outbox.    Not our issue. 

Any ideas?
