Active Sync On iPhone does not Sync Subfolders
Hi I have a client with active sync setup on his iphone to retrieve his exchange email. The inbox syncs fine but my client has subfolders that he created under his mailbox (not under the inbox) with additional levels of subfolders within them which are viewable on the iphone but the folders have no emails in them. I confirmed in outlook the folders contain many emails. I went into the push settings on the iphone and checked off all of the subfolders but they still will not sync. I created test sub folders in my outlook and they sync to my iphone was AS with no issue. I compared the settings on both accounts/devices and they are identical. I also recreated the AS account on the phone, but that didnt help either.
When I go into each subfolder on the phone I see the status "connecting" with the spinning wheel but it does not pull down any emails.
Any ideas?

Try running the online remote connectivity analyser (ActiveSync) for that user, let me know the outcome
