We're using Storagecraft ImageManager (Version 6.7.4.37983) to replicate our backups between our offices. It does continuous incremental backups throughout the day and pushed these changes to our servers at the other office. There is the cleanup process that it is supposed to do that generally works fine. Currently the image managers at both offices have the same error message ("Cannot cleanup chain C_VOL-b002.spf: C_COL-b002-cd.spi: Cannot create a file when that file already exists") This is only happening on 1 of 3 servers that are being backed up. I'm hoping to find the reason this occurs as well as how to remedy it.
any chance you used virtualbox to run a backup image? If you do, there is some manual cleanup before imagemanager can clean up the folder

Hi Aaron... no use of virtualbox but I was able to open a ticket with StorageCraft and they did a remote session and got it all figured out. It looks like it was related to the removal and recreation of the backup job which reset the file naming thus regenerating the same file names... which later when they were trying to be moved to the Incrementals folder caused the issue. It's all good now. Thanks for your idea.
