Auto discover for exchange not working

We have moved our exchange to a hosting company and all is OK but inside the domain autodiscover just won't work - outside is fine. I can manually set up users inside to connect to their mailboxes but we need autodiscover to work for public folders - we have a large 30GB one that works outside of the organisation but not inside

If I try inside it says that an encrypted connection is not available - same for unencrypted. I can only set up manually

Do I need to open some ports?
