In our school this is what i met this morning
the UPS has 3 servers connected to it and the middle server is not coming on
On the UPS the line color is green, the bypass light blinks orange and the fault light is red.
as shown below
we are using dell poweredge 2950 servers and this is the error on the middle server
e1000 fail safe, call support and e1257 5v pwrgd
any idea what those errors means and how can i fix this???

Odd message for a server, but it sounds like it could be referring to the cmos battery inside of the server.

OK folks so it happened again
New error now e1229 cpu 1 vcore
E1229 cpu 2 vcore
E1000 fail safe call support
I guess something probably is wrong with the server itself and I need to get it checked out......

Now it sounds like the board is bad or going bad since your getting a combination of errors now. I would def look into a replacement board.
