I am usning Grandsteram UCM6104 for my small business, and I have configured 4 analaog line and 10 DID on EPBX all National outgoing call going from Analog Line No. 1 and ISD call from No. 2 , I'm facing Issue for Caller ID number for all 10 DID when I have already configured DID Number in Caller ID but its showing Analog Line number to caller I want to customised it, Please help me if anybuddy can guide me

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Examples of the VoIP protocols are H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.248 (also known as Media Gateway Control (Megaco)), Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP), Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP), Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP), Session Description Protocol (SDP), and Inter-Asterisk eXchange (IAX).
