Solid Cat6a cabling 23 AWG with Large OD of 0.3307

I have purchased a 10G plenum Cat 6A cable by Elite.  The problem I have is regular Cat 6a 23 AWG plugs do not work.  The cable is still to thick.  I have found RJ45 connectors but they are shielded.  Can I use shielded RJ45 connectors with UTP?  If not, do you know where I can purchase connectors that will work?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
