PHP problem on Windows 2012 IIS8

I run 2 websites on the same server.
Web 1 can run .php but not phpinfo.php
Web 2 cannot run .php at all

The only error I get is 500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
