Sharepoint with External Storage

We have several windows servers. I want to deploy a new SharePoint server. But, I want all files to be stored not locally, but on a Windows 2012 storage server, with a large storage HDD. How do we do that? The MSSQL server is also on yet another server.

Please note that by default, everything in SharePoint is stored on SQL server.  You could enable BLOB storage where files/documents will be stored on file system.  Refer to links below for more information:

Also note that your topology should not be "stretched". i.e. <1ms latency between the servers and their storage;
