NTP port 123 UDP

Hello,
I have a customer running SBS 2011 with w32time service running.
15 domained workstations all getting their time from the SBS without issue.
There is a 3rd party piece of equipment on the network to do with their Audio Visual setup. This piece of equipment wants to get its time from a local NTP server. The company supplying this are stating that I have a problem with closed ports on my server.
I have run portqry.exe -n sbs -e 123 -p BOTH. TCP and UDP say not listening.
I do not understand how the workstations are getting time without this listening.

Would appreciate any help.
Thank you

Hi Bryant,
Have had Firewall Off and On with exceptions for NTP and port 123. Same result.
