Quickbooks Upgrade email
Hello Hanks and Tanya,
I would like to thank you for your Christmas gift. It was unexpected and truly appreciated. I am so happy that in only a few meetings I was able to improve/recommend a better technical solutions for your business. Also, I am planning the upgrade of your current 10 years old accounting QuickBooks to the latest QuickBooks 2016 Pro Plus. At the same time I will also backup all your data to the QuickBooks cloud, to better secure your customer data.
As discussed with Tanya I am planning to come back to your office on December 29th or 30th if that date will work for you to begin and completed the QuickBooks Upgrade.
The scope of the project will include the following steps:
1) Extract the company files from Tanya’s old laptop
2) Download, install and setup QuickBooks 2016 on the new Tanya’s computer
3) Copy the company files from the old laptop to the new desktop
4) Convert the old company files to the latest QuickBooks version so that it can be read
5) Install the IDP software back and backup the company file to the QuickBooks cloud
6) Configure email in QuickBooks to be able to email the invoices to clients
