We have QNAP in place with the hostname QNAP01. &nbsp;The Qnap has the latest firmware and is joined to the AD Domain. &nbsp;We have the DNS entry for QNAP01 and also a CNAME ARCHIV in DNS. &nbsp;From our Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 the users connect to the Qnap using the name \\archiv. &nbsp;<br />

Now we have a Windows 2012 R2 Citrix farm where the users can't connect using the alias \\archiv. &nbsp;They get a authentication prompt. &nbsp;When they enter their credentials they still cannot connect to the Qnap. &nbsp;But when they enter the hostname \\qnap01 they can connect without any issues.<br />
