Outlook 2016 Profile Error
I recently installed Office 2016 at a new office and am having an issue with 1 user. When I initially configure Outlook under her login, it seemed to work like normal but when I launch the program, I get a couple of errors (Outlook and Outlook2). I tried creating a different profile under Control Panel-Mail but when I go through the setup with Exchange, it gives me the Rundll error. This is happening on 2 different workstations with the same user. Other users are able to access Outlook with no issues on those same workstations. Any thoughts?

I'm assuming you wanted me to do the test Outlook Autodiscover?

The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to test Autodiscover for user@domain.com.
       Testing Autodiscover failed.

I'm still unclear on what's going on. I know Outlook 2016 requires Autodiscover but it works for everyone else, just not this user.

Has anyone else seen this issue or know of a possible solution?

I got it figured out. When I originally setup this user, I had her last name misspelled but I changed it after realizing that. It still had her old email address in her account as the default and it was trying to use that during the automatic setup. I removed that email address from her account and it worked.
