I think I will look at both d3.js and ChartJS. I need my chart to be flexible and be able to control my chart. It will be used on more other projects that will also contain some mapping and I need my chart to be versatile with lots of tutorials.

I will use it for my asp.net project for data visualization. Like multiple line chart with interactive. Say when I hover to a point it will popup some details about the point or measurement.<br />
I've search some on google but don't know which ones is the best.<br />
It is a small project, know jQuery, HTML, c#, ASP.NET. I know ASP.NET Chart is not sufficient for what i need.<br />

JavaScript is a dynamic, object-based language commonly used for client-side scripting in web browsers. Recently, server side JavaScript frameworks have also emerged. JavaScript runs on nearly every operating system and  in almost every mainstream web browser.
