Flashing Red Lights on Cisco IP Conference Station 7936

When we initially plugged in our new Cisco IP Conference Station 7936 model into the outlet the normal menu came up with no issues. However, after unplugging the device once we then plugged it back into the same outlet and the menu would not come up... just had three flashing red LED lights and it made a clicking noise that was in sequence with the flashing red LED lights. Does this sound like a bad power supply? Not sure why this happened as we did not do anything different that the first time we plugged in the device.

Blinking red leds means MIC is muted. Also they blink during boot process..

could be you have to reload the phone software, or that you have a bad phone.

Thank you for all the great input. We replaced the power supply with one from a know working IP conference station and it worked just fine. Looks like the issue turned out to be a bad power supply.
