File Sharing with permission

I want to share file with 10 person. I need 10 person have their own permission, no other account can access their file if they don't share but I need one admin account that can manage all their file. What hardware or software should I use?

so we can create user, prevent access, manage file? does every NAS has this function?
Yes, they all do.
Check the specs before you purchase.
You want to be able to set up individual users and groups.
Then you create folder shares and assign users and/or groups access to each share - either read/write or read only.
Some NAS devices restrict how many users can connect.
QNAP are unlimited.
With QNAP, you can spend more money and you will get more drive bays, hot swappable drive bays, faster processor, more memory, more ethernet ports.
A basic TS-212 is perfectly OK for file sharing for 10 to 15 users.
If you eventually get a server, you can use your AD users and groups to control access to the NAS shares.
I'm sure there are plenty of other good NAS devices but most of my experience is with QNAP.
A QNAP TS-212 sells for under $200 in Australia so it would be even cheaper in the USA. You need to add your own disks.
