Bluetooth add-on to a mid-range (price - $1000) receiver

Is anyone aware if there is an external Bluetooth box that will plug into a receiver and drive my outdoor Bluetooth speakers>

So just to be clear, I could connect this device via RCA connectors to the back of my receiver and then pair it to an outside Bluetooth speaker?

That's what i understand.   There is a description of how they work at Amazon.     I've only used them to extend my bluetooth reception for headphones.    I have it connected to my computer via RCA to 1/8.  I pair my headphones to the device and my range for computer audio is about 150 feet.

Thanks for the help
