Replace Lenovo W530 Bluetooth adapter

Do you know if this Bluetooth card is attached below the laptop's palm rest or is it actually on top of the laptop's system board?
I currently have my Lenovo W530 laptop disassembled and the problem is that I don't see an existing Bluetooth adapter card anywhere and also don't see anywhere where I can plug in the Bluetooth adapter card that I have purchased for this laptop.
My previous Lenovo T430 laptop has died and can't be fixed so I have switched over to using an old Lenovo W530 laptop. The problem is that this laptop can't use Bluetooth in any of the operating systems that I have installed on it (Windows 7 and Windows 10). So that is why I purchased a replacement Bluetooth adapter card.
I'm just trying to figure out exactly where this Bluetooth adapter card is located so that I can install and enable it on this Lenovo W530 laptop.

Is there any way that I can find out by going to Lenovo's website if this Lenovo W530 laptop is capable of using Bluetooth?
A friend of mine and I have dissembled this laptop and we don't see an existing Bluetooth adapter card either on the laptop system board or underneath the keyboard palm rest and we also don't see anywhere where the Bluetooth adapter card that we have purchased can be connected to this Lenovo W530 laptop.
I have already dissembled several Lenovo T430 laptops and have been easily able to locate the Bluetooth adapter cards on these laptops but this is the first Lenovo W530 laptop I have dissembled and I don't see either an existing Bluetooth wireless card or anywhere where a Bluetooth adapter card can be connected to the laptop's system board or underneath the laptop's palm rest.
