Current Configuration
Cisco 5505 ASA / Version 9.0(2)
Allworx 6x PBX (192.168.99.9) / v7.5.19.1 (Using LAN Only), Connecting to WAN(1) for SIP Trunks via Proxy
WAN(1): 1.2.3.4 (SIP Voice/Data)
LAN: 192.168.99.x
New Configuration
Cisco 5505 ASA / Version 9.0(2)
Allworx 6x PBX (102.168.99.9) / v7.5.19.1 (Using LAN Only), Connecting to WAN(2) for SIP Trunks
WAN(1): 1.2.3.4 (Data)
WAN(2): 2.3.4.5 (SIP Voice)
LAN: 192.168.99.x
Problem: Currently all voice and data traffic is being passed out a single interface on the ASA (0/0 vlan2). All pc's, Alloworx PBX, and phone are on the internal LAN 192.168.99.x. Since we now have Two IPS (Two different WANs) we need to be able to split the traffic so that the Allworx PBX 192.168.99.9 can access WAN(2) for its SIP trunks instead of going over WAN(1) like it is currently. The Allworx phones are all plugged in to a managed switch, and the PC's are plugged into the phones.
It is my understanding that the 5505 ASA can not have to Active/Active connections (which we need to connect to both ISPs) but there is a way to do this with only using VLANs.
What do I need to do to make this work?
