not with normal rules. you would need scripting to check the time and then enable/disable rules

Not possible.  You could only have an external robot disable and enable the rule for you, i.e. using a script on the server machine.  But that would be quite an assignment.

Do you mean on a specific schedule (e.g. after-work hours) or a specific time frame (next two weeks)?
The latter can be achieved with Out of Office rules. The OOF setting itself determines the time span, the rule what to do (instead of sending an OOF reply).
