How to create file-server features with Webmin?

I am running Webmin on Linux Mint 17.3.  I am trying to create a file-server so users on my network can access their own, private folder on the server so they can upload and download files and create folders (kind of a Google Drive). Somehow, I can't do this. Users can access their Webmin account, but don't have any folder to access.  Can anybody tell me on a step-by-step basis on how to create an account where users can upload/download files? Please make sure, if answering, that the solution will be attained through the use of Webmin only and not thorough Linux terminal commands.

Hi Erwin,

Assuming that you want windows machines to connect to your File Server, you will need to installl and configure SAMBA, the links below should help you set this up with Webmin.
