"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you asking how to add a DID to dial directly into voicemail or a call handler/auto attendant? Your question states the version of Unity Connection which handles the voicemail and call handler functionality, but then you ask how to add a DID in CUCM.

You are right.  I meant to ask how to add a did in CUCM.

Need some additional info, what type of voice gateway ( mgcp, h323, sip)? What is the connection to the PSTN (PRI or SIP)? How many digits is the telco sending you?

I know the gateway is H323.  Not sure what the connection is to PSTN or the digits.
