T1 Circuit, RJ-48C Cabling question.

We have a T1 circuit installed and is terminated into an RJ-48c jack.  The router is a Cisco ISR4331 with a NIM-2MFT-T1/E1.  NIM has a integrated CSU/DSU.  My question is what pinout standard should I the cable be connect the T1's RJ-48c to the router?  Would the straight-through cable with a 568b pinout work?  I'm not really sure about L1 information, and my field tech doesn't have a clue.  This T1 will be used for data only.

So, even though RJ-48c has a different pinout from 568b (1,2,4,5 vs 1,2,3,6 respectively) they're compatible with one another, and there shouldn't be a 'physical' connectivity issue?  If anyone can give a technical answer that would be nice as well.  It seems that there may be an issue since the pinouts are different, but I'm no expert.  Thank.

Thanks, guys!  I understand the purpose for a RJ-48c, but wasn't sure if we needed to make the pinouts match on my end of the cable from the demarc to my router... if a patch or extended cable with 568a/b pinouts grants me connectivity then great!
