Outlook 2010 aksing login credential

Hello Experts,

Good evening and thanks in advance. I have user Amrita has a mailbox in exchange 2010 . I want to configure her outlook. When I tried to configure her outlook and outlooks asking login credential even I put the correct one its asking again and again..

Hi,

This can happen for a multitude of reasons.
First:  Your credentials need to be entered in DOMAIN\username -format.  Did you do that?  First write your Active Directory domain, then \, then the username.
Below the password.

The domain, user or password could be wrong - if you mean that you cannot get past that authentication popup. Can you use the exact same credentials to log in in or connect to a network share?
Is AutoDiscover working properly? Sometimes the authentication method (Kerberos etc.) is chosen inappropriately.

I login using administrator credential if Password wrong then I can not login. Yes AutoDiscover working properly .

The Solution is below.

When I tried a lot and failed I opened OWA and tried to login from there and when I put user log in credential and password it said the mailbox has not found for the user. I checked in Exchange management Console and found mailbox already exist for the user. I deleted the mailbox and recreated again. Then I configured outlook again and this time I succeeded
