Unable to logon to connect tablet after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this strange issue.

I have got a connect 10 tablet and i recently done an upgrade to windows 10, now i am unable to logon.
I have read articles that say that you need to go into safe mode to fix this problem but i cannot find how to enter safe mode and i am unable to connect wirelessly.

Can anyone please advice on how to resolve this problem please?????

It already comes with Windows 10 AFAIK. You need to enter your Microsoft account credential

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me so soon.

I am a bit confused, how will the connect 10 now that i have changed the password because it has no wireless connection??????
I have read somewhere that you need to reload windows 10 again and if so, how can this be done in the connect 10 tablet?????

Hi.

"now i am unable to logon." - describe as detailed as possible.
->is it a microsoft account?
->did it ever work on 10?
->same account and password worked on win8.1 (or was it 7)?
->what exactly happens if you try to logon?

This was the simply way of resolving the issue because their was no wireless connection
