how to create tilted footer background with triangular rectangle that is seen in some new websites?
what css class and images are needed in bootstrap?

You don't really need bootstrap for this, here's my codepen, i think this is what you're referring to

basically what you do is create a span in my case i called it navDingle, then i use borders to create the little triangle.
