Spiceworks Ticket System
Hi,
I want to use spiceworks Ticket System in order to organize my IT Support and generate reports to our managers. I have already an IT support email from our helpdesk and i would like to set this ticketing system up. Our environment is with Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 pro client running on HP laptops.
Can you guide me how I start to set this up?

I am sorry, i still checking but i choose two ticketing system (free version: spice works and OTRS) and ending up choosing Spiceworks. Now i need to show my boss a proposal mentioning those both ticketing system.
