Enterprise activation for Blackberry

I have problem on activating email on my Blackberry Server v4.

"An error occurred. The email address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your System Administrator."

Try to add a new email address on the server. It always "status" shown in Blackberry console is "Initialzing". Is there something wrong on my Blackberry. Existing users seems working fine.

What type of Blackberry are you trying to register? As well make sure that the blackberry has the correct Blackberry Plan from your provider to reach the RIM network to active the device
