I have problem on activating email on my Blackberry Server v4.<br />

&quot;An error occurred. The email address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your System Administrator.&quot;<br />

Try to add a new email address on the server. It always &quot;status&quot; shown in Blackberry console is &quot;Initialzing&quot;. Is there something wrong on my Blackberry. Existing users seems working fine.<br />

I have problem on activating email on my Blackberry Server v4.

"An error occurred. The email address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your System Administrator."

Try to add a new email address on the server. It always "status" shown in Blackberry console is "Initialzing". Is there something wrong on my Blackberry. Existing users seems working fine.
