Unable to generate VCenter Extended bundle - Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Permission denied

Hi All,

I'm remotely login using RDP with DOMAIN\Administrator account, I have run the cmd prompt as Administrator, but when I execute the same command to generate the Extended VCenter log, it always failed ?

Why is that happening ?
I need to troubleshoot some VCenter issues, but there seems to be another issue happening ?
