Outlook 2010 will only run un safe mode on new PC
I have installed a new Viglen i7 on a client SBS 2008 domain and the user has downloaded Office 2010 Pro as an upgrade from his retail copy of 2003. The pc is running Windows 10 professional and Outlook connects to an exchange server,
All programs work ok but Outlook 2010 starts in Safe. It opens without any error messages.
Any ideas?

Uninstall update KB3114409 but do NOT reinstall it.
MS have released a new update to replace KB3114409.
It will install with your automatic updates.
