Need to disable links in Outlook 2013

I need to disable all links in outlook 2013 through GPOs if possible. I have looked online and have not found any good methods. Anybody know of a way to disable links in Outlook 2013 on a large domain?

Sadly it doesn't appear that this is do-able as of yet in Office 2013.

My only other thought is that you can make emails come in as plain text and not html, eliminating the ability to click hyperlinks directly from the email. Yet, that doesn't stop them from copying it to a web browser.

Also, this may effect incoming formatted emails. If that is an impact for your users, then maybe its not ideal.
Sorry, Robert already copy & pasted that from the article.
A potential workaround would be to install a firewall with advanced controls and then block outside input to your browsers. This would affect everything with internal links, which could turn into other problems depending on what apps you use.

I found this on a msg board about Comodo Internet Suite - "A quick tutorial on how to reach that filter window within comodo is ->main menu ->defense->advanced->computer security policy->"find all applications header entry"->click edit->click "access rights"->add firefox or iexplore exefiles into blocked tab. these steps immunize that particular application against outer windows message pumps."

Sounds like you are trying to work around a security problem that would be better solved with user education rather than something so broad as blocking all links from within Outlook.
