You can deactivate, install and re-activate. That is not the issue. <br />

Adobe has removed Acrobat X from their download site because it is not supported.<br />
<br />
I also looked in one of my other sites where I have purchase before (Software King) and it is not available there. <br />
<br />
So without an install CD, you will have to upgrade. <br />
<br />
You need Acrobat DC (2015) to have a working PDF maker for Office 2016 anyway.
