Possible problems gp.10 with s.q.l 2012
We have g.p 10 working in s.q.l 2012 but a couple of our colleagues informed us that it's not comparible or supported. Up to now all seem ok, if we stay on 10 version under sequel 2012, what possible problems should we expect?

For some reason the link doesn't open: http://www.exchange.com/questions/27941624/SQL-Server-2005-Upgrade-to-SQL-2012-MS-Dynamics-GP-10-to-GP2010.html
Ok so it looks that if we have to do anything that affect database restrictive using these go utils or the GP maintenance like checklinks, etc. or creation of new companies, that when we will run into problem? But let's say the everyday operation of GP all will stay running ok?

Anything inside the GP application, including Check Links, should work just fine.

Understood.
So basically, this setup of GP10-SQL2012 will run into problem when:
Checklinks should run ok, what about the maintenance option in GP such as re-create procedures, erase tables, Etc., found in the Maintenace Windows?

I've not tested them myself, but my understanding is that any of the maintenance options inside GP should work fine. The only way to know for sure is to try it. Even if it works for someone else, it may be an issue for you because of your specific combination of builds/versions.
Two other concerns that you should be aware of:
1. You are technically on an unsupported configuration. If anything goes wrong and you need help from Microsoft support, this may present an issue.
2. Upgrading to a new GP version may be problematic. This will depend on the exact builds of everything, but just something to keep in mind, as it may come up an may make your upgrade more time consuming/costly.

Yes, thank you very much. We have to really think about this and make a decision.
One last thing, we have a copy of GP10 in a pc with SQL2008 working a different company data, obviously, we have to consider the upgrade of GP10-SQL2012 to GP2010 or higher, but the combination of GP10-SQL2008 is it still supported or should we also consider upgrading THAT setup?

Dynamics GP 10.0 is in Extended Support until 10/10/2017. That means no new hotfixes, but you can get support if needed.
Here is a complete list of the support dates: http://victoriayudin.com/2008/10/08/when-does-my-gp-products-support-end/

Thanx! Great link)
Considering the combination of GP10-SQL2008, what about the actual Microsoft SQL 2008, when would that support expired? (u know?)
