if they work off the docking station, it is definitely a docking station gone bad. As you may know the warrantee on an HP Dock is only one year. some last longer than that, but half do not.

its new docking station and i also checked on multiple docking stations ?
does PS2 work?

I had switched a couple of computers to PS2 and then found this repair and got USB back.
