Monitor the process w3wp.exe and write a log if the memory exceed

One of our WSUS server hangs because the w3wp.exe exceed the private memory limit. We think we have this problem:

So now I need to monitor the w3wp.exe. What is the easiest way to create a log or event viewer entry if the private memory exceeds its limit? I know there is way with ProcDump and want to know other methods.
