Search for this file Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll and copy it in GAC. That should solve the problem.

This article should help you copying it.

It's easy actually.

Let us first determine if the assembly is actually present on your machine or not.

Open C:\windows\assembly or %windir%/assembly folder and locate the file entry

Let me know if you are able to find it there. If it is not there, I'll write another set of instructions on how you can install it.
Abhigyan SrivastavaCommented:
If you locate it, please share a screen shot. This will show me the version and other information about the assembly.
Karen SchaeferBI ANALYSTAuthor Commented:

Ah it is a version difference. You are using version where as the program requires version

The add in was created in older version of Ms Office and hence the issue. Downgrade your office and it should work. Else you can install older version of Ms Office i.e Office 2010.

Here is what you should do:

1. Uninstall office 2013
2. Install office 2010
3. Check if the add in is working.
4. Install Office 2013.
