"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Look at sheet 2. You can move fields from Values to Rows if it is not as expected

Thanks, that has really helped. I still don't know how you did it, could you send me on a link as to how this is done
1. Select your data (I've unmerged cells with names before)
2. Select "Inservt" tab in ribbon
3. Press "PivotChart" on ribbon and confirm selection
4. Mark nesessary fields in "Pivot Chart fields" (as they are marked in my sample)
5. Move "System no" fieldto values area
