Hi,
I am trying to remove IIS from windows 2012 due to some issue and want to install the Role again. But while trying to remove Roles and feature and giving error. Please suggest and find the attached error for your reference .![IIS-error.JPG]()

Thanks for replay . Well I am Trying to create two node NLB where IIS is needed. By mistake I have deleted default website in the IIS console so I want to remove it and want to install it again.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something drastic.
Hopefully my steps will allow you to remove and reinstall it.

If you do, disable Shared Configuration, do an IISReset and try the removal again.

BTW...what was the issue that is causing the need to remove and reinstall?
