I need to move my customer off SBS2008 from a mail point of view but I need to do the whole job within one weekend. About 50 mailboxes but I don't want to be waiting for data sync forever.<br />

One thought is to remove all but a couple weeks worth of mail out of everyone mailbox (via archive to local PST) to minimize the amount of data to move.<br />
<br />
Another random thought was to avoid directory sync and just use local accounts only for cloud/Exchange portion. Can anyone think of the downside other than the account management headache ? Looking for PRO's and CON's here.<br />
