Exchange 2016 Anti Spam

Hi Guys,
I have exchange 2016 up and running. The anti spam part is working quite well, its the only spam filter I currently run.  it might be working a little too well as some emails are getting blocked.
I can't for the life of me, work out how to access the anti spam part of exchange 2016.

ideally, I'd like to add rules so I can add email addresses to not be blocked.. or even see whats going on with anti spam?

If you have any information or could direct me somewhere that would be a big help.

if it could be done using GUI rather command that would be great...
