Update a column to the current date/time anytime the record is updated in SQL

Can someone help me with a trigger? I have a datetime column called:  LastChanged

Anytime a record is updated, I'd like that field to update to the current date/time, using getdate().

I already have default binding for getdate(), but would like it to update in the future when the record is updated.

Thank you.
