Outlook 2010 Pro Plus not showing Online Archive anymore on Exchange 2010 SP3 after RU12 installed

I have all my users on a 2008R2 RDS server running Office 2010 Pro Plus Terminal Server enablement license and have used the Outlook Online Archive feature for years.  We were running Exchange 2010 with SP3 and no rollups and after installing RU12, the users have since lost their Online Archive.  Users outside of RDS have no issues as well as if these users access Exchange through OWA.  We have a mixture of Office versions outside of RDS such as Office 2010 Std, Pro Plus as well as Office 2013 Pro Plus and have no issues.  I have blown away the users mail profile, created new, blown away a users actual RDS profile and created new, created a whole new mail user..still nothing.  I know of a strange "bug" where the user needs to have NT Authority\Self removed and then added back for Full Access Permissions but still nothing.  I don't want to have to rollback off RU12, but this was applied just to make sure we were up to date as we are getting ready to go into an Exchange 2010 to 2013 on-prem migration and just before installing 2013 onto the net, I thought applying most recent patches would be a good idea but....

Did you restart your server after applying the RU?

Against all "thinking I should", I did not this time since the build notes said it only needed services restart--which were done.  I will be doing this tonight but, I would think, it should have affected all users whether they were on RDS or not correct?
Should have...but I've seen weirder things.  I've seen two identical CASs with the same Windows updates that were installed, didn't require a reboot but didn't finish until the reboot was done.

The strange thing is one server did finish, but the other one didn't until the reboot.

I always reboot after an RU or CU no matter what the notes say.
I will give it a shot this evening and hopefully that simple thing could be the resolution.
