I'll assume there was more than just the WSUS site on the server... <br />

1. How many sites are in IIS? &nbsp;<br />
2. How many IP addresses are on the server?<br />
3. What is the sites built with? &nbsp;plain html, ASP.net, classic ASP, PHP...<br />
4. Can you post part of your http logs, 10 lines above &amp;&nbsp;below the http 500 entry?<br />
5. Can you post any IIS or ASP.NET errors from the server Application Event log that occur at the time you get the 500 error?<br />

I know recently we removed the WSUS.<br />

Maybe it also could be a asapi filter<br />
