I access sharepoint Internal Portal through web browser through SSO (single sign on)<br />

I am encountering an issue while opening SharePoint portal, it keeps asking me credentials and never go to portal page. This issue happening to few users not all but i think affected No. of users are increasing.<br />

is this DNS issue, Please assist.

SharePoint portal issue
