SQL 2012 Fails to Install Database Engine & SQL Server Replicatrion

I have tried both SQL ServerExpress 2014 & 2012 with the same results.
I install but both the Database Engine and SQL Server Replication fail to install.
I cannot start any of the services.

I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled several times with the same results.
I have attached all of my logs and screenshots for the 2012 install, looking for guidance on what is happening.
Server is Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
32 GB Ram
C:\ OS = 1TB
D:\ Data = 12 TB
Install SQL Express on the C:\ parition
